Arina, my Town on the Hill

This project was filmed in October 2022 in Italy on commission by Marco Forlin. After a successful career as a swiss architect he moved back to the idyllic village of Arina. The village from which his father originally emigrated. The goal was to capture the village, the people, and its history in a cinematic shortfilm.

I spent a total of three days in Arina to capture the all the shots, come up with an idea for a script and record the voice over. The voiceover is in Italian and there are German subtitles.
